Calgary Meals on Wheels

No matter the challenges, Calgary Meals on Wheels has never missed a scheduled delivery day!

Seniors, people with disabilities and convalescents stay in their homes, remain a part of the community and avoid malnutrition; we help preserve their independence and offer their families peace of mind.

But, we also help young children in school.

Children exhausted from family stresses and poor nourishment, we fill their tummies thereby helping them concentrate in class. Currently in nine elementary schools, there are nine more on the waiting list. Funded completely by donations, only $100 feeds one hungry child Hot Soup twice a week for the entire school year!
